 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
FAST LANE LAWN CARE
Effective Date: June 3, 2025

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Fast Lane Lawn Care, a lawn care service provider located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) who engages the Company for lawn care services (“Services”).

By requesting or receiving any services from Fast Lane Lawn Care, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

The Company shall provide lawn care and landscaping services as agreed upon with the Client, which may include, but are not limited to, mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, weed control, leaf removal, and other general lawn maintenance. Services may be rendered on a one-time or recurring basis, as requested by the Client.

2.1. Services shall be scheduled in advance and performed at the address provided by the Client.

2.2. The Client agrees to provide the Company with clear and unobstructed access to the property on the scheduled service date, including unlocked gates and the removal of obstacles such as toys, equipment, or pet waste.

2.3. The Client shall secure all pets indoors or away from service areas during the time of service.

2.4. Failure to provide timely notice (at least 24 hours in advance) of cancellation or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

3.1. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2. Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, credit/debit card, and approved electronic payment systems.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to charge a late fee of $15 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) for invoices not paid within ten (10) days of the service date.

3.4. The Company may suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4.1. The Company strives to provide high-quality services and guarantees that services will be performed in a professional manner.

4.2. Any complaints regarding the quality of services rendered must be submitted to the Company in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.

4.3. If the complaint is deemed valid, the Company may, at its sole discretion, re-perform the service or issue a partial refund.

5.1. The Company maintains appropriate liability insurance for the performance of its services.

5.2. The Company shall not be liable for damages to any property not clearly visible or disclosed in advance by the Client, including but not limited to sprinkler heads, outdoor decorations, or buried utility lines.

5.3. The Company shall not be held responsible for injury or damage caused by Client’s failure to follow safety guidelines or failure to remove hazards from the property.

6.1. The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of God.

6.2. In such cases, services shall be rescheduled at the next available opportunity.

7.1. Either party may terminate service at any time by providing written notice to the other party with at least seven (7) days' notice.

7.2. All outstanding payments must be made upon termination.

8.1. The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes shall become effective upon posting on the Company’s website or by other means of notification to the Client.

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

9.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation or mediation before seeking legal remedies.

9.3. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
